At Nilaria Beauty, we want you to love your press-on nails. Because our products are personal-use beauty products, we have a limited return policy to protect the health, safety, and hygiene of our customers.

1. Returns

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, opened, worn, applied, or used press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged.

We may accept returns for products that are:

• Unworn
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In resalable condition

2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Customers may have the option to pick up their order directly from Nilaria Beauty instead of having it shipped, when home pickup is available. Pickup must be arranged in advance. The pickup address and available pickup times will be provided privately after the order has been confirmed. Customers choosing pickup will not be charged shipping fees. For privacy and security reasons, Nilaria Beauty's home address will not be publicly displayed on the website.
